The Online Registration module, fully integrated with all SapphireK12™ modules allows parents and guardians to register easily and efficiently, while eliminating the need for manual data entry by district administrators. This is a component of the Paperless Environment Initiative.
Form development and management
Establishes simple registration workflow, including a menu bar with integrated screen functionality, ability to embed video into questions, assign tasks to questions and generate customizable email notifications.
Task lists
Allows you to define tasks that must be completed after registration is approved, including PIMS data, counselor assignment and immunization verification, simplifying management of post-approval processes.
Approval permissions
Enables administrators to access the online registration forms through the Student Information System (SIS) module. This area, called Online Registration Maintenance, allows administrative access to view registrations, establish approval permissions and perform registration form maintenance.
New family and new student registration
Allows creation of an online form for a new family in the district. The form enables parents to enter data into a local template that, once approved, populates into the SapphireK12™ Student Information System database. Parents can also electronically upload files and documents to the district as part of form completion.
Full customization and configuration
Completely district-driven for all student enrollment topics, with infinitely customizable fields in multiple languages, with unlimited numbers of questions.
